Cancellation policy

Payment methods: We accept payments by credit card and iDEAL (Dutch participants). Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.1.

Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to groningen@congressbydesign.com. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

For cancellations received 2 months or more before the strart of the conference, a cancellation fee of €25 will be charged.

For cancellations received between 2 and 1 month before the start of the conference: 50% refund
-
For cancellations received 1 month or less before the start of the conference and no-show (in all cases); no refund will be given, full amount required.
