Early bird till August 2 - Regular fee from August 3

The fee covers full access to all sessions over the three days, including lunches and coffee breaks,

as well as the Friday afternoon reception celebrating the legacy of Prof. Dr. Rolf Berger.

Payment methods: We accept payments by credit card and iDEAL (Dutch participants). Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.
Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to groningen@congressbydesign.com. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

For cancellations received before August 28, 2026 (2 months or more before the start of the conference), a cancellation fee of €50 will be charged.
For cancellations received between August 29, 2026 and September 28, 2026 (between 2 and 1 month before the start of the conference): 50% refund
For cancellations received on September 29, 2026 or later (1 month or less before the start of the conference) and no-show (in all cases); no refund will be given, full amount required.
